David E. Irwin, Esq.
David E. Irwin, a native of South Florida, has been working in the local marine industry for more than fifteen years. Mr. Irwin practices litigation in commercial and personal injury cases and is a transactional attorney with expertise in drafting contracts and agreements.
Clients include manufacturers, dealers, banks, brokers, vessel owners, crew members, buyers, sellers, marine repair and maintenance companies, individuals and corporate entities.
Mr. Irwin earned a bachelor’s of science degree in economics from Florida State University and graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. He is a member of the Florida Bar with admission to the Southern, Middle and Northern districts of the United States District Courts of Florida.
Mr. Irwin and his wife, Becky Irwin, reside in Broward County with their two children and are actively involved in several community and charitable organizations.
